Ewater+® is a an electrolyzed water that is a proven disinfectant. 

Premist® automatically sprays water over the surface of the inner toilet bowl before every use. Due to the ceramic’s hydrophilic nature, waste washes away more easily. Less dirt generally sticks to moist ceramic than dry ceramic.

Ewater+® and Premist® features work together with the Tornado Flush® and Cefiontect® ceramic glaze to keep the bowl cleaner for longer. Less harsh cleaning chemicals needed and less time and energy spent cleaning your TOTO NEOREST® AH integrated toilet than you would spend on another bidet toilet.

This product is not available to ship to Canada, as doing so voids the warranty.

The unit weighs approximately 100 lbs and ships LTL freight with a curbside delivery.

 Warranty and Returns

The TOTO NEOREST® AH DUAL FLUSH TOILET ships by LTL freight in 2 parts (top and bottom). Both parts together weigh over 100 lbs.

As such, we ask that you please read the manual and specs to make sure that the TOTO NEOREST® AH will fit your bathroom before you purchase.

If it has been 30 days since your order was placed, just call us for an RA# and the address to send the return. There is a 10% Restock Fee on Toto Neorest returns due to a change of heart or the unit not fitting properly in your bathroom.

*If your unit arrives damaged (very rare occurrence) please take photos and notify us at support@clearmoonbidets.com right away. You have only 48 hours from delivery to make a damage claim so please inspect the unit as soon as it arrives!
