Shipping Policy

You will receive an order confirmation email, to the address provided when placing you order, after your order is successfully placed.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering.  We will email you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. 

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will get in touch with you by e-mail asap. 

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@clearmoonbidets.com.

In the United States and Canada we offer Free Shipping on all orders above $50. 

Free Shipping transit times are usually between 2-7 business days in the US, depending on the time of year (holiday season can be slower).

In Canada, Free Shipping transit times will vary depending on whether the product shipped from a warehouse in the US or Canada. If the product shipped from the US there can be delays due to custom clearance.  Duty, brokerage and Canadian taxes may be due upon receipt. Please see the actual product listing page for more specific details.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@clearmoonbidets.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
