One of the unique features is UV sterilization. If you are concerned about keeping your bidet seat as hygienic as possible the Discovery DLS should be your go-to. After a wash the nozzle is sterilized by an internal UV light. This is in addition to the self-cleaning feature that uses water.

The Bio Bidet Discovery DLS bidet seat fits elongated toilets only.
You should measure your toilet to make sure that your toilet is elongated:
*Note that you are measuring the toilet, not the seat!

For 2-piece toilets:
The Bio Bidet Discovery DLS will fit, provided you have measured and determined that your seat is elongated.
You also need to complete the following measurements:
1. Measure the distance between the bolt holes on the toilet. The standard is 5.5" but can range from 5.5" to 7.5". If your bolt holes are within this range you are good-to-go!
2. Measure the distance from the center of the bolt holes to the front of the tank. Most bidet seats require at least 1.5" of space.
For 1-piece toilets:
As long as the tank is flat and connects at a 90 degree angle to the toilet (see below) the Bio Bidet Bliss Discovery DLS should fit. Just be sure to complete the measurements shown above to determine that your toilet is elongated.
If your 1-piece toilet has a french curve, this bidet seat may not fit. Please contact us to make sure. If it does not fit we can find you an alternative bidet seat to suit your needs.

The Bio Bidet Discovery DLS bidet toilet seat requires electricity.
For electric bidet toilet seat models where there is not an outlet nearby, a licensed electrician should be used to install one.
We recommend a dedicated 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required.
Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months.
Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently.
This unit must be protected from freezing, and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.
