Lotus Hygiene Systems has many years of experience in the bidet scene, and offers great comfort features and excellent value. PureStream® is Lotus Hygiene's proprietary enema feature, providing constipation relief with a specially designed nozzle that sprays a concentrated stream of swirling warm water. The PureStream® nozzle has an adjustable stream, assisting users with colorectal issues including constipation and hemorrhoids.

The Lotus ATS 2000 Bidet Toilet Seat comes with an elegant slim profile (in elongated size only) and has a remote control that is simple and intuitive to use. 

The Lotus ATS 2000 Bidet Seat has  instant water heating, which provides continuous hot water that can be adjusted to your preferred temperature. The seat is heated, which provides a very relaxing experience. The Lotus ATS 2000 has both rear and feminine wash settings, massage settings and a warm air dryer with adjustable temperature. The seat lid has a quiet anti-slam soft close feature.

The Lotus ATS 2000 bidet seat also comes with a deodorizing unit, which keeps bad smells in the bathroom at bay. The deodorizer is activated when the user sits down on the bidet seat and it automatically stops 1 minute after the user leaves. The deodorizer velocity can be adjusted to 4 speeds as needed. 

The Lotus ATS 2000 has an energy saver mode that will moderate its power consumption.

The Lotus ATS-2000 Elongated Bidet Seat fits elongated toilets only. 

You will want to measure your toilet to make sure this bidet seat fits:

 For 2-piece toilets:

The Lotus ATS 2000 will fit, provided you have measured and determined that your seat is elongated. 

You also need to complete the following measurements:

1. Measure the distance between the bolt holes on the toilet. The standard is 5.5" but can range from 5.5" to 7.5". If your bolt holes are within this range you are good-to-go!

2. Measure the distance from the center of the bolt holes to the front of the tank. Most bidet seats require at least 1.75" of space.

For 1-piece toilets:

As long as the tank is flat and connects at a 90 degree angle to the toilet (see below) the Lotus ATS 2000 Bidet Toilet Seat should fit.

Just be sure to complete the measurements shown above to determine that your toilet is elongated.

If your 1-piece toilet has a french curve, the Lotus ATS 2000 bidet toilet seat will NOT fit.

For example, the Kohler Rialto toilet (French Curve) will NOT work with the Lotus ATS 2000 Bidet seat.

The Lotus ATS 2000 bidet toilet seat requires electricity. 

For electric bidet toilet seat models where there is not an outlet nearby, a licensed electrician should be used to install one.

We recommend a dedicated 15 or 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required.

Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months.

Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently.

This unit must be protected from freezing, and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.

Returns are easy! If it has been less than 30 days since your order shipped, just call us for an RA# and the address to send the return.

Please note that there is a $50 restocking fee on opened, but uninstalled Lotus Hygiene returns.

Warranty:

The Lotus ATS 2000 comes with an impressive 3 year limited warranty.

This warranty covers the following models: 
ATS 2000, ATS 1000, ATS 909, ATS 908

• The warranty is effective for 3 years from the date of purchase
• The warranty covers costs of replacement parts and repair work
• The warranty does not cover in-home repair trip or shipping charges
• The warranty will be voided in the following cases:

1. Problem caused by wrongful self installation
2. Unit components opened by customers
3. Damage and malfunction caused by abusive usage
4. Damage and malfunction caused by actions prohibited on warning label

 The warranty is subject to change without prior notice. Lotus Hygiene Systems Inc has the right to explain the terms in case of dispute. USA only.
