The TOTO® WASHLET® S5 Elongated Electric Bidet Toilet Seat with Instantaneous Water Heating and PREMIST® delivers ecology-minded luxury with a streamlined design. 

Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides endless comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button.

Part of the newly redesigned S series, the WASHLET S5 is fully automated, featuring an illuminating night light and a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating or pulsating stream. The controls are located on a slim, wireless remote.

PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean.

The S5 model utilizes TOTO's EWATER+® system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use.

The S5 WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with five temperature settings, an air deodorizer, and a warm air dryer with five temperature settings.

Using a WASHLET reduces the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll. As we get older, reduced mobility, medical conditions, and debilitating illnesses can make it increasingly hard to clean ourselves after using the toilet.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE S5 WASHLET AND THE C5 WASHLET:

1. The S5 WASHLET® has instant water heating, providing unlimited warm water, while the C5 WASHLET® has a tank heating system, which limits the warm water to around 1 minute of constant use before the water runs cold.
2. The S5 WASHLET® has a noticeably slimmer profile than the C5 WASHLET®, allowing for a more comfortable sitting position.
3. The S5 WASHLET® has 4 user presets, while the C5 has 2 user presets.
4. The S5 WASHLET® has an improved, easy-to-use, remote with an illuminated touchpad
5. The S5 WASHLET® has a night light that illuminates the bowl.
6. The S5 WASHLET® has an auto energy-saver mode that adjusts the seat temperature when inactive.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE S5 WASHLET® and the S7 / S7A WASHLET®:

1. The S7A and S7 models have a 2 year limited warranty, while the S5 has a 1 year limited warranty
2. The S7A and S7 models have auto-flush capability (when paired with a compatible TOTO WASHLET+ toilet and Auto-Flush kit)
3. The S7 and S7A have E-WATER+ on the wand, bowl and under the seat. The S5 has E-WATER+ only on the wand.
4. The S7A and S7 have a noticeably slimmer profile than the S5.
5. The remote on the S7A and S7 is higher quality, with more prominent buttons.
6. The mounting bracket for the S7A and S7 remote has a magnet to secure it in place, while the S5 mounting bracket does not have a magnet.
7. The nightlight on the S7A and S7 comes from the side of the unit as well as insude the bowl, while the S5 nightlight only shines inside the bowl.
8. The S7A and S7 models have a wide front wash option in addition to the regular front wash, while the S5 model only has the regular front wash.

Before purchasing you should measure your toilet to make sure that it will fit. This model SW3446 fits ELONGATED toilets only:

The TOTO® Washlet® S5 WASHLET requires electricity. 

Where there is not an outlet nearby, a licensed electrician should be used to install one.

We recommend a dedicated 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required.

Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently.

This unit must be protected from freezing, and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.
