If your unit arrives damaged (very rare occurrence) please take photos and notify us at support@clearmoonbidets.com right away. You have only 48 hours from delivery to make a damage claim so please inspect the unit as soon as it arrives!

The Vovo Stylement Integrated Smart Bidet Toilet - TCB-090SA comes with a 1 year limited warranty on the seat portion of the unit and a 3 year limited warranty on the bowl portion of the unit.

Since I purchased the bidet last year, it has been working well. It doesn't need a handy man to install because of easy installation. I bought another same brand of bidet for our other toilet and will buy another for our daughter's house.
